Inadmissibility

Inadmissibility

Under Canada’s immigration law, some applicants may be considered “inadmissible”, in which reserves the government right to refuse newcomers on medical or criminal grounds. Medical and criminal inadmissibility affects anyone applying to visit, study, work or live permanently in Canada.

There are three possible reasons for medical inadmissibility:

  • danger to public health
  • Danger to public safety
  • Excessive demand on health or social services

We understand that often cases and individual are misrepresented and treated unfairly, and for this reason we are here to help and seek justice.

For more information on inadmissibility, consult with us today.
