The uncontested divorce ( also known as "simple divorce " involves  two categories. A joint divorce where the spouses agree to divorce and all the tedious legalities. Another category is a simple divorce( divorce only ) defined as a proceeding which only deals with Divorce. This form of divorce will save time and money.
